Children need to be valued as individuals and we need to respect their right to express their thoughts and feelings regardless of their age or ability. It is our responsibility as early childhood professionals and as child advocates to care and educate our children and their families through establishing secure, supporting and creative learning environments.

READY BACK SUMMER CAMP is a vibrant summer program that combines fun with meaningful growth, offering children a safe and inspiring environment to explore, create, and thrive. Powered by the experienced BBCAMPKW team with over 20 years in youth development, the camp emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and creativity through dynamic activities. High school students also benefit from a unique leadership opportunity as junior supervisors, gaining valuable real-world skills.
